look for a college or university that is accredited with AHIMA there are both 4 and 2 year degrees offered that makes you eligible to be credentialed look for degrees in Heath Information Technology. if you don't want to go back to college look into coding certificatesDegree in medical billing/coding?
You can get a two year or four year degree in Health Information Management.
Vocational schools give you a diploma or certificate. A GOOD online school will offer a comprehensive program that will prepare you to sit for the AHIMA exams.
down here, the local vo-tech teaches those
one gets a certificate, not a degree -- program is relative short
