It's difficult to tell since you didn't provide the CSS files that are you linking into the stylesheet.





When I put that content into a browser you can't see the text because you don't have a foreground color set. It also looks like the content got cut off in your posting.





There is no reason your page wouldn't scroll. Are you talking about the background image scrolling or not scrolling? Please add more details if you want help.
