Continuing education medical coding?

I am not sure what your question is about. If you mean you are already a medical coder, then yes, there is continuing education.

You need the points for your certification (if you are certified). I am not sure how many points you need each year, but you do have to attend coding seminars each year to obtain them.Continuing education medical coding?
It depends on who you have your coding certification through. I know that AHIMA you need 24 CEU's a year and AAPA you need to have 18, but you can get them by attending seminars and some of them give you credit for coding meetings in your organization you work for and for attending other coding meetings or writing articles.
